Reflexology
A natural holistic therapy, stimulating the body’s own healing processes in order to restore balance. A wonderfully relaxing treatment helping to alleviate tension, anxiety and stress.
Initial appointment - £45 for 75 minutes
followed by a full bespoke foot reflexology treatment.
Follow-up appointment - £40 for 55 minutes
Full reflexology treatment sequence tailored to focus on specific health issue or on relaxing and de-stressing.
Taster Sessions - £30 for 25 minutes
25 minutes – a foot reflexology taster session is for those of you who have not experienced reflexology before and would like to see if it is the right treatment for you.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage
This specialist technique aims to stimulate the function of the lymphatic system and drain excess lymph. This treatment benefits sufferers of lymphoedema and may also help to reduce symptoms of many other conditions such as auto immune disorders.
Initial appointment - £45 for 75 minutes
This includes an in-depth consultation to assess your health and treatment requirements.
Follow-up treatments - £40 for 45 – 60 minutes
Measurements may be required pre and post-treatment – this will be discussed at your initial consultation.
Fertility Reflexology
Specialist fertility reflexology to support individuals and couples trying to conceive naturally or through assisted conception. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, promoting relaxation and supporting your overall well-being throughout your fertility journey.
The initial consultation includes an in depth consultation to discuss pre-conception questionnaire and any test results. Discuss diet, lifestyle and if required, I can refer you for additional medical testing. I will then draw up a programme tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
Fertility clients have ongoing support between treatments, including analysis of the female menstrual cycle using basal body temperature charts.Initial Consultation & Treatment - £75

Gift Vouchers
Reflexology treatments make a wonderful and unique gift idea. Vouchers can be purchased for a single treatment or for multiple sessions and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. All vouchers purchased will be posted to you free of charge. If you require an electronic voucher, perhaps as a last minute gift, please let me know and I will email a voucher to you.
